Kingflex rubber foam products are produced by imported high-end technology and automatic continuous equipment. We have developed a rubber foam insulation material with excellent performance through in-depth research. The major materials we use are NBR/PVC. Nominal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Insulation is generally black in color, other colors are available upon request. The product comes in tube, roll and sheet form. The extruded flexible tubes are specially designed to fit the standard diameters of copper, steel and PVC piping. Sheets are available in standard precut sizes or in rolls.

What is the temperature range for this insulation?
The insulation is designed to operate effectively within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, tested in compliance with GB/T 17794-1999 standards.
In what product forms is this insulation available?
This flexible elastomeric insulation is supplied in tubes, rolls, and sheet forms. The extruded tubes are specifically sized to fit standard PVC, copper, and steel pipes.
What are the fire performance ratings of this material?
It meets Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & 7, with a flame spread and smoke developed index of 25/50 under ASTM E 84 testing.
Does this insulation offer resistance to weathering and outdoor elements?
Yes, technical evaluations show good resistance to fungi (ASTM G21), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), as well as UV radiation and general weathering conditions (ASTM G23).
Are custom sizes, colors, and branding options available?
Although the standard color is black, alternative colors can be requested. We also support custom sizes, packaging configurations, and custom logo printing or hot stamping.
