Our ULT (Ultra-Low Temperature) insulation is recommended for extreme environments ranging from -200°C to 125°C, making it suitable for demanding cryogenic applications.
The insulation system is engineered with a cryogenic elastomer base material that inherently absorbs impact and vibration energy from external machinery, protecting the underlying pipe or system structures.
Both our ULT and LT insulation grades maintain a closed cell percentage of over 95%, which ensures superior thermal efficiency and excellent prevention of moisture penetration.
It is designed primarily for low temperature storage tanks, industrial gas processes, chemical plants, offshore platform piping, gas stations, and nitrogen generation systems.
The rolls are available in standard thicknesses of 3/4" (20mm) and 1" (25mm), with corresponding dimensions of 10m x 1m and 8m x 1m respectively.
