The flexible ultra-low temperature adiabatic system features inherent impact resistance. Its cryogenic elastomer material effectively absorbs external machinery vibrations and impacts to protect the core system structure.
Equipped with a built-in vapor barrier, this product substantially extends the operating life of the entire cold insulation system while reducing the risk of sub-insulation pipe corrosion.
The flexible ULT insulation system eliminates the need for additional fiber materials as expansion and contraction fillers due to its integrated expansion joint design.
Kingflex ULT uses alkadiene polymer (Blue in color) as its base material, while Kingflex LT is composed of NBR/PVC (Black in color).
The recommended operating temperature for Kingflex ULT is from -200°C to 125°C, making it suitable for ultra-low temperature environments. The recommended range for Kingflex LT is -50°C to 105°C.
The system features a built-in vapor barrier that prevents moisture ingress, significantly extending the lifespan of the cold insulation and mitigating the risk of corrosion under insulation (CUI).
No, the built-in expansion joint feature removes the necessity for auxiliary fiber materials to handle expansion and contraction movements.
According to ASTM C177 test standards, the thermal conductivity of Kingflex ULT is 0.028 W/(m·K) at -100°C and 0.021 W/(m·K) at -165°C.
Our facility houses 5 large-scale automatic assembly lines, providing an annual production capacity exceeding 600,000 cubic meters.
