Kingflex
Kingflex uses butyronitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR, PVC) as the main raw materials through foaming and other special procedures to form soft and closed-pore foaming heat-insulating materials. Formulated without Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) and Formaldehyde, the performance of the heat and conductivity factors remains lasting and stable. The product exhibits high fire-proof capabilities (oxygen index ≥ 40%) along with stable performance, anti-cracking properties, high elasticity, and strong resistance to both high and low temperatures. Its excellent corrosion resistance makes it highly anti-aging, convenient and simple to install, and extremely long-lasting in application.
Formulated entirely without CFCs and Formaldehyde.
Superior performance with a measured oxygen index ≥ 40%.
Excellent durability from -50°C up to 110°C.
High elasticity combined with weather and UV resistance.

Kingflex insulation uses premium butyronitrile rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the primary raw materials, processed using custom foaming techniques to create a flexible, closed-pore thermal barrier.
Yes. Kingflex insulation is manufactured completely free of Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and Formaldehyde, ensuring safe usage in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
The material supports a wide operational temperature range, performing stably and resisting cracking at temperatures from -50°C to 110°C.
Kingflex offers outstanding fire safety with a high oxygen index (≥40% in general testing, ≥36 under specific standards), conforming to Class 0 and Class 1 standards (BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7) and an ASTM E 84 Flame/Smoke Index of 25/50.
No. Thanks to its closed-pore structure and chemical resistance, the product exhibits excellent resistance to ozone, UV exposure, weathering, and fungi (rated "Good" under ASTM standards), guaranteeing long-term anti-aging performance.
Thermal conductivity remains low and stable, tested at ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C, conforming to ASTM C 518 standards.
