Kingflex
Closed Cell Foam Tube Insulation, using rubber as the main raw material, no fiber, non-formaldehyde, non-CFC and other ozone-depleting refrigerant. It can be directly exposed to the air, nor harm for human health. Standard product is black, there are two major categories: rubber foam insulation sheet and insulation pipe, widely applied in central air-conditioning system water pipelines, ducts, hot and cold water pipeline, mine pipe line system, refrigeration system and HVAC system.

Q1: What are the primary applications of this closed cell foam insulation?
A1: It is widely applied in HVAC systems, central air-conditioning water pipelines, ducts, hot and cold water pipelines, mine pipeline systems, and refrigeration systems.
Q2: What temperature range can this rubber foam insulation withstand?
A2: The insulation is designed to operate safely within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, tested in accordance with GB/T 17794-1999.
Q3: Does the insulation material release harmful substances or ozone-depleting gases?
A3: No. The material uses rubber as the main raw material and is fiber-free, non-formaldehyde, non-CFC, and free of other ozone-depleting refrigerants, making it safe for direct air exposure.
Q4: What is the fire rating and safety standard of the product?
A4: The product achieves Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings under BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7, and meets the 25/50 Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index standards of ASTM E 84.
Q5: What standard lengths and thicknesses are available for the insulation tubes?
A5: They come in standard lengths of 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft (2m). Available nominal wall thicknesses include 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″, and 2” (6mm to 50mm).
Q6: How do you guarantee the quality and shipping reliability of the orders?
A6: We perform rigorous inspections from raw materials to final products based on strict testing standards. For shipping, we work with professional logistics partners to optimize sea freight and lower costs.
