It comes in nominal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25, 32, 40 and 50mm) with standard lengths of either 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft (2m).
The product is extensively tested and certified under ASTM, SGS, BS476, UL, CE, AS1530, DIN, REACH, and Rohs standards.
It has achieved the highest fire safety ratings, including Class 0 & Class 1 (BS 476 Part 6 & 7), a Flame Spread/Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 (ASTM E 84), and an Oxygen Index ≥36.
It features excellent thermal resistance, with thermal conductivity tested under ASTM C 518 at ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C.
