The insulated pipe is made of NBR and PVC. It doesn't contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. Moreover, it has low conductivity & heat conductivity, good moisture resistance, and fireproof.
The insulated pipe can be widely used in cooling unit and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipe, condensing water pipe, air ducts, hot-water pipe and so on.
The insulated pipe not only can be easily installed with the new pipeline, but also can be used in the existing pipeline. The only thing you need to do is to cut it, then glue it. Moreover, it doesn't have negative influence of the performance of the insulated pipe.
The wall thickness ranges from 9 mm to 50mm, and the inner diameter is from 6mm to 89mm.
The products are stock and the quantity of supplying is large.
We can offer the service according to the customers' requests.
The insulated pipes are made of NBR and PVC. They do not contain any fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons, ensuring a safe and clean installation.
The technical data supports a wide operating temperature range from -50°C to 110°C, tested in compliance with GB/T 17794-1999 standards.
We offer complete models with wall thicknesses ranging from 9 mm to 50 mm, and inner diameters spanning from 6 mm to 89 mm to suit various pipeline systems.
The products achieve a Class 0 and Class 1 fire rating according to BS 476 Part 6 & 7. They also meet the 25/50 Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index standards per ASTM E 84.
Yes. The insulation material shows excellent resistance to UV rays, ozone, and general weathering conditions, as certified by ASTM and GB/T standards.
Installation is very simple. The insulation can be easily cut and glued directly onto existing pipelines without negatively affecting the product's thermal performance.
