According to standard testing method GB/T 17794-1999, the insulation tube operates reliably within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C.
The material is tested under BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7, achieving Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings. Additionally, it has a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 under ASTM E 84, and an Oxygen Index of ≥36 (GB/T 2406, ISO4589).
The closed-cell structure restricts moisture penetration and limits air movement. This maintains low thermal conductivity (≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C) and prevents water vapor permeability (≤0.91×10 ﹣¹³ Kg/(m.s.pa)), ensuring stable, long-term thermal efficiency.
Yes. The material demonstrates strong resistance to U.V. light and weathering (ASTM G23), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), and biological growth such as fungi (ASTM 21), making it suitable for demanding environmental conditions.
These insulation tubes are widely specified for large-scale central and home air conditioning systems, general building construction, chemical processing pipelines, textile manufacturing, and various electrical installations.
