The insulated pipe is made of NBR and PVC. It doesn't contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. Moreover, it has low conductivity & heat conductivity, good moisture resistance, and is fireproof.
The insulated pipe can be widely used in cooling units and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipes, condensing water pipes, air ducts, hot-water pipes and so on.
The insulated pipe not only can be easily installed with new pipelines, but also can be used on existing pipelines. The only thing you need to do is to cut it, then glue it. Moreover, it doesn't negatively influence the performance of the insulated pipe.
A variety of choices: the wall thickness ranges from 6mm to 50mm, and the inside diameter is from 6mm to 89mm.
The products are in stock and the supply quantity is large, ensuring swift delivery schedules are met consistently.
Customized solutions can be offered to fulfill different requests according to the customers' needs.
The insulated pipes are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). They do not contain any fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons.
According to test methods, the insulated pipes have a safe operating temperature range spanning from -50°C to 110°C.
They are widely applied in cooling units, central air conditioning systems, freezing water pipelines, condensing water pipes, air ventilation ducts, and hot-water piping systems.
The installation is extremely simple. For existing pipelines, you only need to cut the insulated sleeve, fit it over the pipe, and glue the seam. This process does not impact the insulation performance.
The product line features complete models with wall thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 50mm, and inside diameters ranging from 6mm to 89mm.
Yes. They meet fire rating standards Class 0 & Class 1 (tested via BS 476 Part 6 & 7) and have a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 (ASTM E 84).
