Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary advantages of this rubber foam insulation material?
This rubber foam insulation features excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, a low thermal conductivity rate, high resistance to moisture and fire, deformation resistance, and a closed-cell structural design.
What certifications does this insulation material meet?
Our insulation material is fully certified to meet major international standards including BS476, UL94, DIN5510, ASTM, CE, REACH, ROHS, and GB standards.
What temperature range can the rubber foam insulation withstand?
The recommended operating temperature range for this material is from -50°C to 110°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and commercial heating or cooling applications.
Why is the closed-cell structure important?
The closed-cell structure prevents water vapor from penetrating the material, which ensures low water absorption and maintains consistent thermal insulation performance over time.
Is this insulation resistant to environmental factors like UV and mold?
Yes, according to ASTM standards, the material exhibits good resistance to ozone, fungi growth, and UV weathering, ensuring long-term durability in outdoor and harsh environments.
