Kingflex
Thermal insulation pipe/tube uses NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) as the main raw material for foaming, resulting in a fully closed-cell flexible rubber insulation material. It is free from fiber materials like HCHO and CFCs, making it environmentally friendly and safe for the ozone layer. Suitable for the thermal insulation of various pipes and equipment within the temperature range of -50℃ to 110℃.

Made of NBR and PVC. It does not contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons. It features low conductivity, excellent thermal efficiency, moisture resistance, and fireproof properties.
Ideal for cooling units and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipes, condensing water pipes, air ducts, hot-water pipes, and various other pipeline systems.
Can be easily installed on both new and existing pipelines. Simply cut and glue the material. The installation process does not impact the insulation performance.
Products are in stock and available in large quantities, ensuring on-time delivery for projects of any size.
Customized services are available to meet the specific requirements and requests of our customers.
The thermal insulation pipe is mainly made of NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) and PVC through a foaming process, which creates a fully closed-cell flexible rubber structure.
It is suitable for the thermal insulation of various pipes and equipment operating within the temperature range of -50℃ to 110℃.
It comes in nominal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″, and 2” (6 to 50mm), with a standard length of either 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft (2m).
Yes, the material does not contain HCHO, chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), or fibrous dust. It has ozone-friendly characteristics and does not release harmful fibers.
The installation is highly convenient. For new pipelines, it slides directly over the pipe. For existing pipelines, it can be cut longitudinally, wrapped around the pipe, and securely sealed with adhesive without reducing its performance.
Yes, it has excellent fireproof properties and achieves Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 and Part 7 testing standards.
