The material exhibits excellent thermal conductivity properties (≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 at 0°C, and ≤0.036 at 40°C), making it highly efficient at preventing heat loss and keeping process temperatures stable.
This insulation material meets BS 476 Part 6 & 7 standards achieving Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings. It is also rated as B1 Class flame retardant with a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 according to ASTM E 84.
Yes. It features a closed-cell structure with a high water vapor permeability resistance (μ ≥ 10000) and shows good resistance to ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), fungi (ASTM 21), UV radiation, and general weathering (ASTM G23).
The foam comes in thicknesses ranging from 1/4" (6mm) to 2" (50mm). Roll options are available in standard widths of 1m, 1.2m, and 1.5m to suit different installation requirements.
Due to its light weight, flexible and elastic physical properties, and neat section cut, it is highly convenient to cut and fast to install. The version with strong self-adhesive backing offers high viscosity and durability.
