We mainly specialized in insulation rubber foam product, it has closed cell construction and  many great features such as low thermal conductivity , elastomeric,hot and cold resistant, fire retardant, waterproof, shocks and sound absorption and so on. The rubber materials is widely used in large central air conditioning system,chemicals,electrical industries such as the types of hot and cold media pipeline, all kinds of fitness equipment jacket/pads and so on to achieve lower cold loss. The main characteristics are: low density, close and even bubble structure, low thermal conductivity, cold resistance, extremely low water vapor transmissibility, low water absorbtive capacity, great fireproof performance, superior anti-age performance, good flexibility, stronger tear strength, higher elasticity, smooth surface, no formaldehyde, shock absorption, sound absorption, easy to install. The product is suitable for a wide range of temperature from -50℃ to 110℃. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).
