Kingflex
Made of nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride, free of fiber dust, benzaldehyde, and chlorofluorocarbons. Offers low electrical and thermal conductivity with superior moisture and fire resistance.
Provides excellent tensile strength and high resistance to physical wear, maintaining outstanding anti-aging and anti-corrosion properties over its lifespan.
Can be easily installed on both new and existing piping systems. Simply cut the tube, glue it on, and secure it, without any negative impact on performance.
Our rubber foam products are generally black in color, with other colors available upon request. The product range comes in tube, roll, and sheet forms. The extruded flexible tubes are specially designed to fit the standard diameters of copper, steel, and PVC piping, while sheets are available in pre-cut standard sizes or rolls.

The rubber foam insulation operates reliably within a temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, making it ideal for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as hot and cold piping.
Our insulation products achieve Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & 7. They feature a high Oxygen Index of ≥36, which prevents flame spread and minimizes smoke development.
Yes, this rubber foam insulation shows excellent resistance to U.V. light, ozone, and harsh weather conditions, as well as outstanding fungi resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use.
With a water vapor permeability factor (μ) of ≥10000 and low water absorption by volume, the material provides robust resistance to moisture build-up, preventing condensation issues on cold lines.
Our products come in tube, roll, and sheet forms. The tubes are sized specifically to match the standard diameters of copper, steel, and PVC piping, while sheets are supplied in rolls or pre-cut dimensions.
