The insulated pipe is made of NBR and PVC. It doesn't contain fibrous dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. Moreover, it has low conductivity & heat conductivity, good moisture resistance, and fireproof.
The insulated pipe can be widely used in cooling unit and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipe, condensing water pipe, air ducts, hot-water pipe and so on.
The insulated pipe not only can be easily installed with the new pipeline, but also can be used in the existing pipeline. The only thing you need to do is to cut it, then glue it. Moreover, it doesn't have negative influence of the performance of the insulated pipe.
The wall thickness ranges from 6.25 mm to 50mm, and the inside diameter is from 6mm to 89mm.

The insulated pipes are made of high-quality NBR and PVC. They do not contain any fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, or chlorofluorocarbons, making them safe and environmentally friendly.
This insulated pipe is widely used in cooling units and equipment of central air conditioning, freezing water pipes, condensing water pipes, air ducts, hot-water pipes, and various other plumbing or HVAC applications.
Installation is very simple. The pipe can easily be fitted onto new pipelines or adapted to existing ones. You only need to cut the material, apply appropriate glue, and seal it. This process does not negatively affect the overall performance of the insulation.
We offer a wide variety of models. The wall thickness ranges from 6.25 mm to 50 mm, and the inside diameter ranges from 6 mm to 89 mm to meet different engineering requirements.
The pipe has a Class 0 & Class 1 fire rating according to BS 476. The thermal conductivity is extremely low, measuring ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, and it exhibits high resistance to water vapor permeability (μ ≥ 10000).
The pipe shows excellent performance under testing, showing "Good" resistance to fungi growth (ASTM 21), ozone exposure (GB/T 7762-1987), and U.V./weather degradation (ASTM G23).
