Kingflex
Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd., based in Dacheng, China (the capital of green building materials), represents the pinnacle of modern thermal insulation manufacturing. Utilizing 5 large-scale automatic production lines, we provide uninterrupted supply chains for massive infrastructure projects, holding designation certifications from the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Chemical Industry.
With an active team of 8 specialist chemical and material engineers in our R&D wing, we solve advanced thermal and acoustic challenges. Our systems comply with stringent international standards including BS 476, CE, REACH, RoHS, UL94, and ASTM, ensuring total fire safety and environmental compatibility for worldwide markets.
Leveraging continuous compound extrusion technology, Kingflex NBR/PVC closed-cell foams maintain a lifespan of 10 to 15 years. The cell structure guarantees over 98% closed cells, meaning stable, long-term thermal conductivity and a robust built-in water vapor barrier that resists environmental degradation.
Understanding the differences between elastomeric rubber foam insulation and traditional rock wool is vital for proper architectural selection. While rubber foam offers superior flexibility, moisture resistance, and prevention of under-insulation corrosion (CUI) for HVAC and chilled water piping, rock wool is prioritized for high-temperature applications requiring absolute non-combustibility.

Preventing condensation in high-humidity indoor zones is critical for maintaining building integrity and indoor air quality. Kingflex NBR solutions insulate air conditioning systems, chilled water lines, and condensation drainage tubes to save HVAC operational energy costs in high-density facilities like malls, hospitals, and hotels.
Process control in chemical plants requires stable pipeline temperatures. Closed-cell NBR/PVC structures provide resistance against corrosive atmospheres, moisture absorption, and thermal loss, protecting continuous-run pipelines from dangerous structural cooling or overheating.
Our specialized cryogenic insulation systems meet ultra-low temperature requirements. Designed for LNG pipelines, liquid nitrogen transfer, and cold storage logistics, they maintain material elasticity and thermal block barriers at sub-zero levels.
Established under the parent umbrella of the Jinwei Group (founded in 1979 as the pioneer manufacturer of thermal insulation north of the Yangtze River), Kingflex has grown from traditional operations into a technologically driven manufacturing powerhouse. We maintain 8 full-time R&D specialists, 6 international sales consultants, and 230 highly skilled factory technicians.
