Kingflex
Engineered rubber foam tubes, sheets, and low-temperature barrier materials designed to work seamlessly with industrial plumbing support brackets.
In modern commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations, the mechanical integrity of piping systems is directly tied to the structural reliability of plumbing support brackets. However, structural brackets pose a critical thermodynamic challenge: thermal bridging. When steel or iron clamps directly contact copper, carbon steel, or stainless steel pipelines, they create high-conductivity heat paths. In chilled water systems, this leads to rapid condensation, dripping, water damage, and structural corrosion (CUI - Corrosion Under Insulation). In hot water or steam systems, it results in continuous energy loss.
To solve this, advanced projects utilize insulated pipe hanger inserts and support brackets that integrate structural load-bearing cores with closed-cell elastomeric rubber foam insulation (such as NBR/PVC). By matching the pipe hanger brackets with high-density elastomeric inserts, engineering teams can maintain a continuous thermal barrier and vapor seal across the entire run of the pipeline. Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd. supplies the high-performance thermal insulation components that interface with global bracket systems, ensuring that zero thermal bridging occurs at crucial support points.
"A pipeline is only as thermally efficient as its weakest support point. Eliminating thermal bridging at plumbing support brackets through density-matched, closed-cell elastomeric inserts is a non-negotiable requirement for sustainable LEED-certified construction."
Understanding the strict requirements shaping pipeline mechanical support and thermal performance worldwide.
Modern MEP installations are shifting rapidly toward pre-fabricated modular skids. Plumbing brackets and pipe insulation must be pre-assembled in quality-controlled factory environments to reduce on-site labor and ensure perfect structural alignment.
Global standards such as BS 476, Class 0, and UL 94 demand self-extinguishing properties for MEP systems. Materials used around plumbing hangers must prevent flame spread and toxic smoke generation inside plenum spaces.
High-velocity fluid circulation within pipelines generates mechanical noise. Using density-matched NBR/PVC elastomeric supports inside plumbing brackets dampens acoustic transmission through walls and structures, improving occupant comfort.

We supply customers globally with a full set of energy-saving insulation systems. As an integrated provider, we deliver thermal insulation, cryogenic barrier protection, and high-performance noise reduction for complex industrial facilities.
Continuous investment in polymer physical testing and fire safety validation.
Direct communication and delivery confirmations showing our commitment to B2B partnership success.
In dynamic installations, thermal systems are subjected to constant expansion and contraction cycles. Ordinary insulation materials compress under the load of heavy-duty steel pipe clamps and ceiling-mounted bracket assemblies. Over time, this compression leads to a significant loss of wall thickness at the support point, destroying the calculated R-value and inviting condensation.
1. District Cooling & Chilled Water Loop Hangers: High-density elastomeric inserts are placed directly inside the plumbing bracket. Kingflex insulation tubes are then butt-jointed and adhesive-bonded to the insert, ensuring a completely sealed vapor barrier that maintains its round profile under the full structural load of the filled pipe.
2. Industrial Steam & Cleanroom Utilities: For pharmaceutical and microelectronics facilities, insulation must release zero particulate fibers. Kingflex's closed-cell surface skin is non-dusting and resistant to microbial growth, fitting cleanly into stainless steel hanger brackets without shedding.
3. Cryogenic & LNG Pipeline Supports: Liquid nitrogen and liquefied natural gas piping require low-temperature multi-layered barrier systems. Standard materials crystallize and fail under subzero stresses. Our specialized diolefin rubber compounds remain flexible down to cryogenic extremes, preventing structural cracking inside high-pressure bracket bases.
