Kingflex
Explore our leading range of high-density elastomeric rubber foams and cryogenic thermal insulation systems designed for extreme environments.
In high-performance thermal engineering, the strength of an insulation system is governed by its weakest link: the seams. As a premier China Foam Pipe Insulation Glue Manufacturer, Kingflex engineers adhesive systems specifically formulated for closed-cell elastomeric materials (NBR/PVC). Contact adhesives are formulated with synthetic rubbers, tackifiers, and solvents designed to melt and fuse the cellular interfaces of rubber foam insulation, creating an airtight, vapor-permeable barrier that matches the physical characteristics of the foam itself.
Without a premium, weather-resistant glue, thermal bridges form, leading to moisture infiltration, condensation, and rapid structural degradation of pipes. Our insulation glue provides rapid bonding, high shear strength, and the unique ability to withstand rapid thermal expansion cycles ranging from extreme sub-zero cryogenic services up to high-pressure steam distribution.
A global leader in structural green building materials, offering integrated thermal and acoustic engineering solutions.
Established by the renowned Jinwei Group (founded in 1979), Kingflex inherits over 40 years of pioneering research. As the first insulation material manufacturer north of the Yangtze River, we have defined industrial standards across China and the APAC region.
Our operation runs on collaboration. The R&D department houses 8 senior chemical & material engineers who constantly refine formulas for foam structures and solvent glues. Supported by 6 international consultants and over 230 technical factory workers.
Strategically situated in Dacheng, the green-building material capital of China, Kingflex manages energy-saving supplies directly to regional transport networks, shipping insulation pipe systems and adhesive products to over 66 countries.
To satisfy massive global construction timelines, Kingflex operates 5 large-scale automated assembly lines. Through automated raw material dosing, real-time computerized foaming control, and dynamic vulcanization, we produce over 600,000 cubic meters of elastomeric foam insulation annually.
This reliable production volume makes Kingflex the primary designated manufacturer for national infrastructure bodies, including the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Electric Power, and the Ministry of Chemical Industry in China, and a trusted supplier for multi-billion dollar oil & gas projects globally.
Targeted adhesive and elastomeric configurations designed to excel across distinct industrial sectors.
In centralized commercial air conditioning networks, preventing condensation is key. Contractors use Kingflex insulation tubes paired with specialized foam insulation glue along joint seams to seal copper refrigerant and chilled-water pipes. This dynamic seal blocks ambient hot air from contacting cold pipe surfaces, preventing system sweating and structural water damage in ceiling voids.
Industrial gas processing, LNG piping, and pharmaceutical ULT refrigeration require specialized flexible cryogenic elastomeric structures. Kingflex multilayer insulation sheets are bonded using high-strength low-temperature adhesive. These adhesives maintain bond elasticity at temperatures below -40°C, absorbing thermal contraction forces to prevent structural cracking.
Chemical plants feature aggressive piping layouts exposed to corrosive vapors and thermal spikes. The chemical-resistant properties of Kingflex NBR/PVC closed-cell foams insulate petrochemical transport pipelines. Proper adhesive sealing creates a barrier that prevents corrosive chemicals and salt spray from reaching metal pipe walls, reducing corrosion under insulation (CUI).

Innovation-driven strategy to meet green chemical regulations and extreme engineering standards.
Regulatory frameworks like REACH and RoHS mandate strict volatile organic compound (VOC) limits. Our current research is shifting from traditional solvent-based contact adhesives to advanced water-borne dispersion adhesives and high-solid polyurethane formulations. These newer systems eliminate toxic emissions during application without compromising shear strength or cure times.
By dispersing silica nanoparticles and specialized flame-retardant additives into the NBR matrix, we are developing next-generation insulation sheets with enhanced smoke-suppression profiles. These nanocomposites reduce flame spread while increasing structural elasticity, making installation on tight piping bends easier and reducing mechanical stress on bonded seams.
To minimize labor costs and speed up installation, we are expanding our lines of pre-slit, self-sealing rubber foam pipes. These pipes feature a factory-applied, high-tack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive tape along the longitudinal seams. Installers simply pull back the protective release liner and press the seam together for an instant, permanent bond.
Our factory in Dacheng, Hebei Province, sits inside Asia's largest green building materials cluster. This geographic clustering provides Kingflex with direct access to primary petrochemical refineries, synthetic rubber suppliers, and foaming agent manufacturers. This close integration buffers us against global raw material shortages and cost spikes.
We manage our supply chain vertically—from chemical synthesis of the adhesive and foam rubber compounding to continuous vulcanization and custom packaging. This vertical control ensures consistent product quality and allows us to offer direct factory pricing, rapid delivery, and customized sizing options to major distributors globally.
Our commitment to reliability is backed by comprehensive certifications from leading testing and accreditation bodies.
