Kingflex
Discover our high-precision engineered insulation products. Engineered in China's premier green building manufacturing base, these products offer low thermal conductivity and exceptional water vapor resistance.
Modern building services and complex industrial processing plants require strict control of energy transmission and condensation prevention. At Kingflex Insulation, our research focuses on the microstructural matrix of closed-cell Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) co-polymers. By tailoring the molecular blending ratio, we achieve an even cell structure with a closed-cell structure rate exceeding 98%.
This micro-cellular geometry effectively traps air within small, sealed pockets. This drastically reduces convective heat transfer and keeps the thermal conductivity exceptionally low (≤ 0.034 W/(m·K) at 0°C). Additionally, the non-polar elastomer backbone provides built-in resistance to water vapor absorption. In contrast to open-cell structures or fibrous materials like rock wool (which rely on external vapor barriers that can fail), Kingflex elastomeric foam retains its high resistance factor throughout its lifespan.
Kingflex operates under the Jinwei Group, an industry pioneer established in 1979 with over 40 years of expertise. As the first thermal insulation manufacturer north of the Yangtze River, Jinwei Group established Kingflex to produce advanced, energy-efficient solutions for global export.
Located in Dacheng, China—a hub for green building materials—our production center features 5 large-scale automated assembly lines. Highly controlled extrusion and expansion processes ensure every batch of NBR/PVC meets exact thickness and density tolerances.
Our team includes 8 specialized R&D engineers, 6 international sales specialists, and 230 production workers. Our collaborative approach links formula R&D directly to site support, ensuring projects run smoothly from design to installation.
Kingflex materials are fully traceable and certified to international standards. Our insulation products are certified under BS 476, CE, REACH, RoHS, UL94, and ASTM, allowing them to be specified in over 66 countries.
We provide two primary product shapes: Black Rubber Foam Insulation Sheets/Rolls and Pre-formed Insulation Pipes. Below are our verified dimensional and material specifications.
Ideal for large-diameter ducts, mechanical equipment, and flat surfaces, our rolls provide uniform coverage with minimal seams.

Choosing Kingflex as your supply chain partner provides distinct structural advantages. Our Dacheng facility leverages local raw material networks and advanced manufacturing infrastructure to offer premium quality at competitive rates.
Our factory is located within a major industrial cluster for polymer resins and blowing agents, keeping raw material transport costs low. We pass these savings directly to our clients through competitive quotes.
Our formulation setup allows us to modify density, pigment, service temperature thresholds, and chemical resistances to match local national building standards.
Located near major northern shipping hubs, we handle complex container packaging. Pre-formed tubes and compressed rolls are packed to maximize container volume, reducing maritime shipping costs.
From commercial building HVAC systems to ultra-low temperature cryogenic facilities, Kingflex materials are used worldwide. Our materials provide reliable thermal control, energy savings, and condensation protection.
In high-humidity environments, chilled water lines are prone to condensation, which can lead to moisture damage and mold growth. Our closed-cell structure blocks ambient moisture. This eliminates the need for separate vapor barriers, keeping thermal conductivity stable throughout the system's service life.
For cryogenic applications, our specialty elastomers maintain their flexibility without becoming brittle. Our material remains pliable down to -40°C, absorbing thermal expansion stresses and protecting pipe joints from cracking.
We provide complete material support for large projects, including layout blueprints, joint-adhesive requirements, and cladding compatibility guidelines.
