Explore our foundational insulation materials manufactured to the highest global standards for cold storage, HVAC, and cryogenic pipelines.
In modern industrial architectural engineering and global cold-chain logistics, building envelope systems require materials that yield exceptional thermal barrier control, structural rigidity, and anti-corrosive properties. Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Foam Sandwich Panels have emerged as the gold standard for cleanrooms, temperature-regulated facilities, transport containers, and marine structures. By combining high-tensile fiberglass composite skins with optimized elastomeric, polyurethane, or rock wool core systems, manufacturers are delivering thermal structures engineered for long-term hygrothermal performance and durability under severe environmental stress.
Procurement departments at multinational cold storage conglomerates, pharmaceutical facilities, and cryogenic processing sites seek more than standard thermal barriers. Today's global buyers emphasize complete system integrity, demanding certifications that cover flame retardance, non-toxic smoke development, chemical resistance, and long service life. As supply chains globalize, procurement strategy prioritizes consolidated shipping, modular assembly configurations, and structural panels that minimize thermal bridging. Partnering directly with experienced Chinese manufacturing systems offers structural efficiency and cost optimization at scale.
Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd. is a premier manufacturing and trading configuration specializing in top-tier thermal and cryogenic insulation materials. Our research, development, and high-capacity manufacturing centers are situated in Dacheng, China—historically recognized as the capital of green-building materials.
Established under the parent canopy of the Jinwei Group, which boasts a manufacturing legacy dating back to 1979 (over 40 years of structural material manufacturing experience), Kingflex has grown to lead energy-saving and environmentally friendly envelope production. We provide insulation solutions by integrating engineering consultation, custom material research, advanced production lines, installation guidance, and dedicated post-sale technical support.
Our operations leverage 5 large-scale, automated production lines with an annual output capacity exceeding 600,000 cubic meters. Through reliable quality and safety benchmarks, Kingflex has earned designated production status from the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Electric Power, and the Ministry of Chemical Industry in China.
Our operational capability is driven by our team. Our workforce of 230 technicians is guided by a core group of 8 specialized R&D engineers and 6 dedicated international sales managers, facilitating technical compliance and seamless logistics for international projects.
How composite GRP panels and high-grade insulation cores solve critical temperature, moisture, and structural challenges across industries.
Preserving core temperature boundaries is critical in cold logistics. GRP foam panels block heat transfer (thermal bridging) and prevent condensation. The moisture-resistant closed-cell core prevents water vapor ingress, maintaining thermal insulation efficiency over decades.
Cleanroom environments and industrial air transport require non-fibrous, anti-microbial insulation surfaces. Our elastomeric foam systems and composite panels resist mold growth and particulate shedding, maintaining high indoor air quality (IAQ) and system energy efficiency.
For operations involving liquefied gases or low-temperature chemical processes (-40℃ to -196℃), our cryogenic elastomeric foam insulation provides thermal performance and prevents cold cracking. It absorbs physical vibrations while managing the extreme thermal gradients typical of industrial cryogenic lines.

Innovating next-generation composite structures to support decarbonization and improve thermal efficiency.
Our technical roadmap centers on reducing the embodied carbon of our composite systems. Kingflex is testing bio-derived resins for outer GRP skins and replacing blowing agents with water-based, ozone-safe alternatives. This reduces dependency on fossil-based raw materials without compromising structural or thermal performance.
Future structures will require active monitoring. We are developing GRP foam sandwich panels with embedded RFID and fiber-optic sensors. This allows operators to track internal moisture, shifts in thermal gradients, and structural load levels in real time, preventing failure before it starts.
Our structural and thermal insulation components undergo testing by international laboratory systems to verify performance under demanding real-world conditions.
