View SpecificationThe international HVAC & Refrigeration sector is undergoing an unprecedented shift toward maximum thermal containment and strict eco-compliance. Under the Kigali Amendment and global net-zero building directives, traditional heating and cooling pipe insulation can no longer rely on simplistic baseline configurations. Closed-cell rubber foam has replaced old-generation open-fiber material matrices due to its superior resilience against moisture ingress.
Additionally, commercial procurement groups in regions like North America, Europe, and the Middle East demand rigorous fire safety ratings. Materials must comply with BS 476 Part 7 (Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame), UL 94, and ASTM E84 standard classifications. This dual demand for thermal safety and low thermal conductivity (λ ≤ 0.034 W/m·K at 0°C) shapes the engineering specifications of modern projects.
Originating from the Jinwei Group—established in 1979 as the pioneering thermal insulation supplier north of the Yangtze River—Kingflex Insulation has established its legacy on engineering trust. Located in Dacheng, China—the recognized global capital of energy-efficient green-building materials—we operate as a centralized manufacturing and trading powerhouse.
Our core philosophy centers on industrial energy conservation and global environmental footprint reduction. We provide an all-inclusive service ecosystem encompassing pre-purchase consultancy, customized chemical-physical compound formulas, advanced extrusion manufacturing, step-by-step structural installation support, and active post-sale service.
Our operation is sustained by 8 professional R&D engineers, 6 international customer managers, and 230 qualified production workers operating state-of-the-art closed-cell thermal line configurations.
Equipped with computerized raw material dosing and multi-zone heating chambers. Ensures identical cellular density (40-55 kg/m³) across production batches.
Kingflex is a designated energy-saving enterprise by the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Electric Power, and the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the PRC.
In-house laboratories that test real-time thermal performance from room temperatures down to cryogenic limits (-200°C) utilizing ASTM-compliant equipment.
Global supply networks face constant disruptions. Our integration within China's raw chemical manufacturing corridor means we secure raw nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) stocks at predictable prices. Our massive warehousing and logistic centers in Dacheng enable rapid delivery to major maritime shipping lanes via Tianjin Port, minimizing lead times and buffer inventory costs for overseas contractors.

Closed-cell elastomeric insulation must prevent heat gain/loss while resisting environmental aging. The key to our material's longevity is a closed-cell structure exceeding 98%. By sealing off microscopic gas cells, the rate of convective heat transfer drops, and moisture cannot travel through the core matrix.
For applications in extreme sub-zero networks, such as liquefied gas pipelines or low-temperature industrial processes, our cryogenic lines prevent thermal shock and catastrophic piping failure. Our material keeps structural flexibility down to -40℃ (and custom formulas function at lower cryogenic levels) avoiding cracking caused by thermal movement.

Our sheet roll options provide comprehensive surface coverage for air handling units (AHUs), rectangular air duct systems, and oversized tanks. The material conforms to complex profiles, minimizing seam leakage and lowering installation labor costs.
Extruded to precise inner diameters, our insulation pipes slide over refrigeration tubing without structural tearing. The uniform cellular density helps maintain temperature settings throughout long plumbing runs.
Minimizes thermal transfer in refrigeration lines and chilled water pipes. Eliminates pipe sweating in humid areas, helping prevent water damage to ceilings and structural frames.
Controls low temperatures in chemical refineries, food processing plants, and cryogenic storage facilities. Protects operators from accidental contact with freezing surfaces.
Its elastomeric structure dampens mechanical vibrations and structural noise in equipment rooms, commercial complexes, healthcare facilities, and hotels.
Formulated for cryogenic piping down to -200°C. Protects against thermal cracking and cold transfer losses.
